At Helen Scott Design, all orders are professionally printed so unfortunately would not be able to send you your chosen design on the card stock of your choice. However we are able to send you a stock sample so you can review the quality of card stock.

What is an Invitation Bundle? 2017-06-29T11:29:06+00:00

To make ordering easier, our Invitation Bundles include everything you need in one place.
As standard our bundles include an A5 Wedding Invitation, RSVP and both envelopes, depending on design they are either tied with ribbon, twine or a bellyband. Extra cards can be added to bundles at an additional cost.

Yes, I also offer Order of Services, Menus, Table Plans, Numbers and Place settings. I would advise having all your information sent to me 4-5 weeks before wedding to allow enough time for printing and delivery. If you place an order for stationery, and plan on ordering you’re on the day stationery later, please let me know and I can pencil in your start date.

As the majority of the designs are personalised and/or bespoke, they cannot be returned. But any problems with your order, please do let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to rectify any problems you may have.

When will I receive my stationery? 2017-06-24T21:48:52+00:00

Once a design has been approved, please allow up to 3 weeks for printers turn around and delivery to you. I will keep you updated on the process of print and courier collection dates. Please bear in mind this turnaround when placing your order.

Yes all stationery come with matching envelopes. Colour envelopes are available for an extra cost, please discuss this at point of ordering.

Can we have our guests names printed on the invitations? 2017-06-24T21:45:21+00:00

Yes, guest names can be printed. Please contact info@helenscott.co.uk for a quote before placing an order.
As standard our invitations are worded so that couples just need to address the envelope, or certain bundle designs feature a name tag.

 

 

Can I see my design personalised before printing? 2017-06-24T21:39:11+00:00

Yes, once I have all your information and chosen design, you will be emailed a PDF proof within 3 working days. This will be the stage at which you can make any amendments if needed. Once the design has been approved it will be processed for printing.

Can your stationery Collections be customised? 2017-06-24T21:34:54+00:00

Yes, with all my stationery collections and products all colours can be changed to match your wedding scheme.

Helen Scott Design accepts either BACS or Paypal payments.
Please note by paying via PayPal; you can pay with your credit/debt card even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Can we book with Helen Scott Design and place an order later? 2017-06-29T11:29:01+00:00

Yes, if you wish for Helen Scott Design to design your stationery at later date you can reserve a Design Slot. There is a £25 fee to secure your starting date, which is deduced from the final balance.

How do I place an order? 2017-06-29T11:29:01+00:00

To place an order online simply select your chosen product and design, selecting the required QTY. Depending on product there will be different options to select, such as card stock and size. Option boxes for names, wording and dates will also needed to be filled in. When you are ready to checkout, follow the onscreen instructions to checkout.
